Stretch N Flex

In this class you will learn to improve your flexibility and get stretchy! We will work on improving your posture and correcting technique whilst improving your flexibility in your shoulders, back, hips, legs, wrists and ankles. This is a great addition to Pole and/or Aerial to help you master those tricky flexy positions! The class is however open to anybody whether you have poled before or have no interest in the Pole and Aerial side of things!

Hour Session £4.00 / Half hour session £2.00

Group PT

This is a high impact class combining cardiovascular, strength and endurance. This will help you to burn fat and increase your stamina. The class will differ from week to week, incorporating circuit training, aerobics, ab blasts and upper body workouts. Definitely one to get you sweaty!  Want to get the kids involved? Bring them to Junior GRoup PT!


Private Sessions

These are available in any of the subjects we run. Pole, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Stretch, Routines These are ideal if you do not want to join in the class environment or if you would like some extra tuition to build up your confidence. We can run the session 1-2-1, 2-2-1 or 3-2-1. We have various time slots available: Monday - Friday daytimes & evenings. contact us to book in!

1-2-1 £25 or book and pay for 4 sessions and get your ffith one FREE!!

Aerial Arts

These classes combine both Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoop. We start off by getting you nice and warm with a mobility and pulse raiser section, followed by a few static stretches, then we will combine conditioning moves to enable you to build up your strength, new moves and combos and also recap on previous weeks work. This is a great alternative to Pole Fitness and you need no experience in Pole to join the classes. As with Pole, classes are tailored to suit you, whether you are totally new or if you have already trained in Aerial.

Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness combines cardiovascular, strength and endurance training. Giving you an all over body workout. We tailor the classes to suit every level whether you are a complete beginner or an Elite Poler. As a beginner you will learn the very basics, including spins and holds and progress to inverting once you have built up your strength. Everyone is individual and learns at a different pace so you will move up a level once we feel you are ready. You will be constantly challenged and feel empowered by the end of every session! It is definitely THE BEST way to get fit!

Junior Classes

Kids Pole Fit:

Age 4-11 years. A great way to challenge your youngster! The classes are tailored to suit the children and help build their confidence and enable them to make new friends all while learning a new skill!

Kids Circus Arts:

Is your child forever climbing and hanging off things? This is the perfect class for them! Following a very similar layout to the adults classes, your child will build strength and endurance and have lots of fun whilst keeping fit!



Teens PoleFit & Aerial Arts

This class is tailored for 11-15 year olds. With a mixture of Pole fitness, Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silks. They will build up their strength and endurance, make new friends and have fun!!!


Pole Flow

Born to perform? Want to compete? This is the perfect class for you!!! Learn how to link all those moves together with floor work, dance and transitions, improve confidence and co-ordination and grace!



Come and feel the burn with this high energy class based on a static bike, working on resistance levels. Definitely a sweaty one!! Bring a towel!!



Friendly and approachable personal trainer. That designs session to suit every individual. All sessions are different and varied.

Classes run for Juniors (age 4-15) & fro Adults (age 15+) In these classes you will learn how to safely stretch, improve flexibility and strength. Learn how to handstand, cartwheel & flip!!
